Hosted by the Downtown Development Authority, these guided walking tours take you inside some of downtown’s most iconic historic buildings—some beautifully restored and others currently undergoing renovation.
What to Expect:
Over the course of a two-hour walking tour, you’ll visit:

• The Elks Lodge
• The Oddfellows Building
• Artspace Feed and Grain
Along the way, you’ll learn about the beautiful renovations they have undergone and their future plans as well as insights into the ongoing HIP Streets Project.
Tour Options:
☕ Morning Tour (9:30 AM) – Starts at Colorado Coffee Company with your choice of hot chocolate, coffee or tea and a mini cinnamon roll (orange flavor of the month or regular). Tickets: $10
🍺 Afternoon Tour (12:30 PM) – Begins at the Pullium Building - check-in at 12:15pm, tour starts at 12:30pm. Ends at Backyard Tap, where participants can enjoy a draft pour. Tickets: $10
